About Me

I am a Mechanical and Aeronautical Design Engineer providing remote engineering design support to startups and R&D teams. With 6+ years of industry experience across automotive and aerospace programs, I help early-stage and growth-stage companies translate concepts into manufacturing-ready designs with speed and technical rigor.

My work focuses on 3D CAD part and assembly design, production-ready 2D drawings, GD&T application, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). I approach each project with a strong emphasis on tolerance control, functional intent, and downstream manufacturability, ensuring designs are ready for CNC machining and assembly without costly iteration.

Having worked in structured engineering environments within both automotive (RNTBCI) and aerospace (SpaceZone Aerospace Pvt Ltd), I bring a disciplined, standards-driven approach while remaining flexible to the fast pace of startup development. This combination allows me to support rapid prototyping, design refinement, and transition to production with minimal friction.

Since 2020, I have supported clients remotely by delivering clear, well-documented engineering outputs, including STEP models, ASME/ISO-compliant drawings, BOMs, exploded views, and patent-ready technical illustrations.
